One of our first attempts of designing a neighborhood block that measures 215 feet x 104 feet. A typical courtyard scheme surrounded by various units sizes that faces outward to three different streets widths. Here we have a six feet setback from the street edge and five feet separating the units on the side. However, the density is far too low for this project's scope.
