CORRECTED calculations for 5,000 Unit Goal

These calculations are meant to shift the focus from 1 square mile to 5,000 units instead.  Also included in these calculations are the numbers for population per 5,000 units, school attendance per 5,000 units, and composting toilet needs per 5,000 units.
